The Easy Brand Fair 2026 brought together entrepreneurs, coffee professionals, chefs, creators, and food business owners in a large-scale event that highlighted Filipino innovation, collaboration, and entrepreneurship under the theme of Modern Bayanihan.
The event, held at SMX, featured product showcases, live demonstrations, ingredient sampling, and competitions such as the Sparkle & Shine Cake Creation Contest, The Blendsmith Challenge, and Culinary Masters.
Mark Wang, Founder and President of Easy Brand, opened the fair by tracing the company’s progress from its 2019 beginnings to its current expansion, with over 600 branches. He emphasized Easy Brand’s goal to simplify business processes without compromising quality and to promote Filipino-made products for export. Wang also introduced the company’s training center, designed to help aspiring entrepreneurs trial products and receive one-on-one guidance before starting their businesses.
The fair hosted notable personalities including comedienne-actress and Easy Pro Ambassador Rufa Mae Quinto, celebrity chef and Easy Pro Ambassador Chef Boy Logro, 2023 World Barista Champion and Easy Signature Ambassador Boram Um, Easy Sparkle Ambassador Chef Bam Piencenaves, Chairman and CEO Peter Limquiaco, and other key Easy Brand ambassadors and team members.
Speakers shared their insights on industry resilience. Chef Bam Piencenaves recalled the challenges of the pandemic and emphasized the importance of perseverance: “We will all survive in the end so there’s really nothing to worry about even if we go through difficulties. Noong pandemic napakahirap, but we’re still here.”
Boram Um encouraged professionals to rekindle their passion and focus on what truly brings them joy at work: “Go back to basics and go back to what you’re really happy about.”
Rufa Mae Quinto highlighted the adaptability and determination of Filipinos, while Chef Boy Logro expressed his pride in Easy Brand’s consistent quality.
Throughout the fair, the spirit of Modern Bayanihan resonated strongly. Industry leaders pointed out the value of community support and working together, with Chef Bam Piencenaves noting that collaboration remains essential for the growth of the food and beverage sector.
The event also spotlighted new Filipino product innovations like the Signature Ube Sauce and Pinoy Chewy Ube, alongside the launch of the Ka Easy Franchise Program to help aspiring entrepreneurs start their own businesses.
