Tanduay is raising spirits this Halloween as it partners with Polilya Craft Beer and Cocktails in Poblacion, Makati, to launch a three-day Halloween Bash, starting October 29 with a "Thriller Night" event. Festivities begin at 5:30 PM, inviting guests to enjoy a curated menu of Halloween-inspired cocktails crafted with Tanduay’s award-winning rums.
The event marks a creative collaboration between two renowned names in the local beverage scene. “Halloween is a great opportunity to celebrate with friends over creative cocktails,” says Edzel Ty, Tanduay Digital Brand Manager. “We’re excited to work with Polilya in bringing guests a fun way to ring in the season.”
Guests can indulge in various wickedly inventive drinks designed for the occasion. Headlining the menu is “Dancing in the Moonlight,” a cocktail featuring Tanduay Asian Rum Silver enhanced with Filipino flavors of jackfruit, pandan, and ube. Another standout, “Blood on the Floor,” pairs Tanduay Asian Rum Gold with red wine, mango, and banana. For those daring a punchier experience, “Bite Me Baby” blends Tanduay Especia with durian, ginger, and chili for a bold finish.
For those celebrating at home, Tanduay offers the Witch’s Float—an effortlessly simple-to-make cocktail recipe using Tanduay 5 Years, vanilla syrup, calamansi juice, grenadine, and whipped cream. “With the Witch’s Float, we wanted to give something that can be easily recreated at home, with ingredients that you can conveniently source featuring one of our best-selling rum products,” Ty explains.
