Doctor of Stars Dr. Jonas Apostol has been announced as Chairman of Judges for the Miss Universe Pakistan 2026 competition, marking his unprecedented third consecutive year in the role. The appointment underscores the organization’s ongoing trust in Dr. Apostol’s leadership and expertise as the highly anticipated international pageant prepares for its next edition.
Dr. Apostol, founder of the Apostol Dental Cosmetic Center and a respected figure in Philippine celebrity cosmetic dentistry, has played a pivotal role in elevating the competition’s judging standards. His experience and commitment have shaped the selection process, ensuring that winners exemplify confidence, intelligence, authenticity, and global appeal.
Joining the distinguished panel for the 2026 edition is Miss Globe 2021 Maureen Montagne, one of the Philippines’ most celebrated beauty queens. Her international pageant experience and advocacy work add a valuable dimension to the committee as it begins its global search for the next Miss Universe Pakistan representative.
The appointments highlight the growing international presence of House of Yugen, the Filipino-owned media and entertainment company led by founder and CEO Josh Yugen. House of Yugen holds the Miss Universe Pakistan, Miss Universe Egypt, and Miss Universe Sweden franchises and has been instrumental in elevating the global standards of pageantry. The company is also expanding into technology with its new venture, GEN YU.
Six more judges from diverse fields—including pageantry, business, fashion, media, entertainment, and innovation—will be announced in the coming weeks to complete the 2026 Selection Committee. This broad panel reflects House of Yugen’s dedication to assembling a group that embodies excellence, innovation, and cultural connection.
“House of Yugen has always been about building bridges—connecting people, cultures, and opportunities across borders,” said Josh Yugen. “With GEN YU, we are expanding that mission by introducing breakthrough technologies and future-focused brands that can positively impact Southeast Asia. It’s the natural evolution of who we are as a company.”
Dr. Apostol’s continued leadership as Chairman of Judges, alongside the addition of Maureen Montagne and the forthcoming panelists, demonstrates House of Yugen’s commitment to assembling a world-class selection committee. Their efforts further solidify the Philippines’ influence and credibility in international pageantry.
