Held last April 7, 2026, at SM North EDSA, The Annex Atrium, the event coincided with World Health Day and set a new standard for blending beauty, business, and wellness in the pageant scene.

The Live Wellness Marathon brought together Miss Universe Philippines candidates in an immersive workshop designed to empower them far beyond the traditional pageant experience. More than just a showcase, the event trained candidates to become effective digital influencers—particularly in the realm of e-commerce—demonstrating the evolving role of today’s Filipina queens as both beauty icons and influential voices for holistic health and digital innovation.

  • Miss Sultan Kudarat, Jenrose Javier received the Highest GMV award and a Distributorship Package worth Php80,000 in New Moon products, plus a two-times voting score for the Face of New Moon.
  • Miss Occidental Mindoro, Neil Silva was awarded Most Item Sold, earning a one-year supply of New Moon products and a two-times voting score for the Face of New Moon.
  • Miss Iloilo City, Zestah Espinosa garnered the Most Live Likes and also received a one-year supply of New Moon products.
