Purse Maison elevates the luxury resale experience with unveiling of expansive new headquarters in BGC
Purse Maison, a trusted name in authentic luxury resale, has officially opened the doors of its new and significantly larger headquarters in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), marking a major milestone in the brand’s steady, organic growth.
Spanning 280 square meters, the new showroom is a considerable upgrade from its previous space, thoughtfully designed to enhance not just retail but the entire client journey. While Purse Maison is renowned for its meticulously curated, authenticated luxury bags, owner Jay-Ann Claire Bincal emphasizes that the brand’s vision goes beyond products. “We’ve always believed that we don’t just sell bags—we sell an experience,” she says. “Moving to a bigger space allows us to give clients a more thoughtful, comfortable, and meaningful journey from the moment they walk in.”
Although Purse Maison’s first showroom was already in BGC, the new headquarters—fondly called “HQ” by the team—reflects just how far the brand has come. Designed by Architect Dannie and Architect Dianne, the new space strikes a balance between luxury and approachability. “We wanted elegance without intimidation,” Bincal adds, “and that’s exactly what they delivered.”
The expanded headquarters boasts a larger lounge, a private viewing room, expanded display cabinets, enhanced lighting, and a wider range of inventory on view. Clients can even browse Purse Maison’s online catalog in-store through mobile TVs provided by Luxetech, blending digital convenience with a physical luxury experience.
Transparency and trust remain at the core of Purse Maison’s operations. Every item undergoes third-party authentication and is backed by a money-back guarantee. The physical headquarters further reinforces confidence, offering clients a real place, real people, and a brand that stands firmly behind every purchase.
Purse Maison’s journey began during the pandemic in 2020 as a hobby and side hustle in Jay-Ann’s own home. “I’m really into bags. Realistically, I couldn’t buy every bag in the world, so I started this business. It all began in a small room in our house. I never expected there were so many people passionate about luxury bags,” she shares.
The secret to their success, according to Bincal, is the strong relationship within the team. “It’s like having a family, and it doesn’t feel like we’re working. I know them very well, and this year, we welcomed new members. I’m lucky because they are very trustworthy, and I’m happy we’re growing as a family.”
Maintaining credibility and earning client trust are non-negotiable for Purse Maison. “Every item—over 1,100 bags—is entrusted to us by consignors. We’re so thankful for the trust people put in us,” her husband added.
Content creation has also played a major role in the brand’s growth, inspired by her husband Ricky and the advice of Gary Vaynerchuk. “He said, ‘The next big stars are not the influencers but the business people who create content.’ That really stuck with me. When we started making content, it inspired and motivated netizens to work hard for their dream bags.”
To loyal clients and newcomers alike, Bincal shares a heartfelt message: “Thank you for supporting us since day one. Our first showroom was small but meaningful. To new clients, you are welcome here even if you’re just browsing, trying on bags, or taking photos. Don’t feel intimidated—here, we’re a community.”
Over the years, Purse Maison has counted celebrities like Mika Salamanca, Bianca de Vera, Xian Gaza, Barbie Imperial, Viy Cortez, Angelique Manto, David Guison, and Raymond Gutierrez among its memorable clients.
Looking ahead, Purse Maison envisions even bigger things. By 2026, the brand aims to be bigger, bolder, and stronger, with more inventory, a larger team, and more collaborations and community-driven events.
As clients step into the new HQ, Purse Maison hopes they feel one thing above all: that they belong. “Every bag has a story, and every client has a journey,” Bincal says. “We’re honored to be part of both.”
