Closing out 2025 with an ambitious vision for Philippine basketball, Dubai-based entrepreneur and strategic consultant Mr. J is poised to make a significant impact on the local sporting scene. With a track record of helping brands and businesses flourish in Dubai and operating an extended company in Makati, Mr. J is now channeling his expertise and passion into grassroots basketball.
In July 2023, Mr. J founded T3T Sport Management, an SEC-registered sports event organizing firm with a mission to unite communities through the love of basketball. The company quickly made its mark with the launch of the “Kings of Parañaque” tournament—a city-wide competition that brought together all barangays across two districts and featured 16 highly competitive teams. The event captured the attention and enthusiasm of fans, players, and media, cementing T3T’s reputation as a pioneering force in Philippine basketball.
More than just a sporting event, the tournament carries a powerful advocacy message. In line with T3T Sport Management’s commitment to sustainability, the organization has pledged to plant 100 trees in selected host cities under the campaign “One Hundred Trees, One Season Game.” This initiative demonstrates a unique blend of athletic excellence and environmental stewardship, aiming to inspire both players and supporters to take action for a greener future.
