Chef de Cuisine Maclin draws on his cruise-line fine dining experience, contributing sophisticated plating and contemporary execution. “The Singing Chef” Ruben Ignacio Jr. infuses heritage favorites with artistic flair, while Chef Cesar Aguilar brings depth to comfort classics. Completing the team is the legendary Chef Pablo “Boy” Logro, whose royal kitchen influence is evident in elite offerings like the Avocats aux Crevettes.
