IWorth International Corp., co-owned by Glenn Ong Bobis, is redefining the landscape of retail and technology in the Philippines. The company’s core mission revolves around nationwide product distribution and providing business opportunities for aspiring entrepreneurs. With a strong foundation in both retail and tech, IWorth has developed a system that caters to the diverse needs of both consumers and business owners.
“IWorth is a retail and tech company. Its focus is product distribution. Any product you can think of, IWorth can distribute it nationwide. At the same time, we provide an e-commerce platform for entrepreneurs and those interested in business, and it’s already equipped with a dropshipping system,” explained Bobis.
The dropshipping model that IWorth employs is particularly attractive to new business owners. In this setup, sellers don’t need to keep inventory on hand. When a customer places an order, the product is sourced from a third-party supplier and shipped directly to the buyer. This minimizes startup costs and removes the need for significant investments in stock, storage, or fulfillment staff.
“We accept different merchants to become part of our platform, so anyone interested in starting a business can join,” Bobis added. This open approach allows for a diverse range of products and sellers, expanding opportunities for many.
IWorth was established by businessman and philanthropist couple Duard and Rosanne Ricalde, who also own ICON1-11 Foundation Inc. “We started this in 2023, planning how to build the system. Now, we’ve been operating for almost three years. The good thing is, we are able to help many people and provide sources of income. Those who want to start a business and those wishing to expand their market both benefit,” Bobis shared.
The company offers two main product categories. The first is IWorth’s own line, which includes skincare, health products, and services. The second category consists of merchant products—these come from partner companies seeking help with marketing and distribution. “As of now, we have almost 20 merchants. We offer fashion, auto detailing, medicine, appliances, skincare, and more. Any product that fits can join us,” said Bobis. With 4,000 to 5,000 sellers and distributors nationwide, IWorth provides a robust marketing arm for small businesses.
One of IWorth’s standout features is its accessibility. The platform is ideal for those who want to start a business but lack significant capital. “Many people want to go into business but don’t have enough funds to start. IWorth solves this,” Bobis emphasized.
Through IWorth’s platform, merchants receive a free website, affiliate marketing system, dashboard, and POS system. The company also handles logistics and provides marketing strategy support, including training on digital marketing, AI, and Facebook ads. “Being part of IWorth is a big opportunity, and the company can contribute a lot to the success of its partners,” Bobis said.
Incentives for sellers are generous. “If you become part of IWorth and want to be a dropshipper or run an e-commerce business, the company gives up to 40% profit per product. For example, selling a product with a suggested retail price of 1,000 pesos earns you 400 pesos. Merchant commissions range from 10% to 20%. Additionally, IWorth offers travel and gadget incentives to affiliates and distributors,” Bobis noted.
Looking ahead, IWorth plans to expand its seller and merchant network both locally and internationally. The company is set to launch a mobile application by its third anniversary in January or February, allowing easier access for users even abroad. “Currently, we provide a web application to all distributors and merchants, but soon, everyone can access our platform via mobile app, wherever they are in the world,” Bobis concluded.
